How do I order?

Simply add items you require to your basket and follow the on-screen prompts. All order are processed through our secure payment facilitator Stripe, which can accept all local currencies.

 

Once you have “submitted” your order an acknowledgement will be emailed to you confirming your purchase.
What payment methods can I use?

We accept all card payments via our secure payment facilitator – Stripe. For more details, click here – Link to stripe details.

Stripe payment processing platform accepts all currencies.

How long will my order take?

Your order should be dispatch within 2 working days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Please refer to your tacking number for confirmed times and dates. 

If you required delivery by a specific date, please contact [email protected] and we will confirm if it’s possible.

Can I order another colour?

Not right now, we will be expanding our collection shortly.

I would like to know how my order is progressing, how do I find out?

Please refer to your tracking information to see shipping progress. 

 

Delivery options

There are two delivery options; courier or standard postal delivery.

Ground Postal Service: Please note that this service while it is tracked, it is not insured. We endeavor to help resolve any issues that may arise but, the sender is not liable for any delays and/or products going missing. Average delivery time is 3 – 7 working days.

Courier Service: Insured and expedited service using a dedicated courier service. Please contact your local UPS depot for any issues.
